1. Does it really work?
It works because it is personalized and tutors are qualified and experienced with a succesful track record.
2. How does it work?
Teacher and student log on to the voice conferencing software at fixed time and talk, see each other and work on a shared whiteboard. The teacher continuously checks with the student if he is following the concepts - students who are shy to ask in a regular classroom feel easy while asking questions because of no peer pressure - its as good if not better than teacher sitting across the table.
3. What all technology do I need?
A PC with an internet connection, Skype installed on your machine and a headset with a microphone. For math, you may optionally need a digital pen tablet.
4. What do you charge?

5. Who are the teachers?
Most of the teachers are Masters degree holders in their subjects along with a degree in Education with teaching experience ranging from 1-7 years. They are recruited after a rigorous selection process measuring their subject competency and teaching aptitude. They are recruited after a thorough background check and given a class only after finishing three weeks of mandatory training
6. What kind of training do you give to your teachers?
We train teachers on differences in online vs traditional teaching, value of personalization in online tutoring and our unique pedagogy.
7. What is your pedagogy?
The biggest benefit of online tutoring is personalization and our teaching methodology seeks to utilize this personalization to help students learn more. All lessons, teaching material, notes, exercises are specially customized to each individual student. Teaching speed is as per the student's learning pace and special focus is on student's individual weaknesses.
8. How can I schedule a session?

What books/study material do you follow ?
We follow industry standard text books, standard preparation guides, specific practice material prepared by our teams along with a diverse collection of learning material to focus of specific skill gaps.
Is online teaching effective?
Studies have shown it to be at least as effective as regular classroom teaching. The biggest reason is that teaching is done at the individual student's learning speed with full personal attention. Also, the setup is a lot less threatening and the students are comfortable asking questions and doubts
What if I miss a class ?
No problem, we'll reschedule it.
Though it will be helpful to us if you let us know in advance that you'll be missing out a particular session.
